Lodge on the shores of Chew Valley Lake in South West England,
Bristol Water fisheries run some of the finest trout fisheries
in the United Kingdom.
This website has been created to
provide information on the fisheries and the latest news to
both current and future customers.
Throughout the coming
season there will be weekly updates giving details of recent
catches, areas and methods for a successful visit, competition results and details
of future competitions and events.

Bristol Water own and run four fly fishing venues, Chew Valley Lake, Blagdon Lake, The Barrows and Litton. They are all stocked with rainbow and brown trout.
Bristol water is justly proud of the quality and size of the trout they stock. They are reared at the Company’s own hatchery and are planted into the Lakes on a fortnightly basis. They average 2lb 4oz, are silver, full finned fish and are superb fighters. We believe they are the best quality fish stocked into any major fishery in the country.
